APPLICATION FOR RECORD OF BAPTISM

The certificate you receive at the time of baptism is a one off commemorative copy. Whilst we do not hold copies of this certificate we do retain accurate registers of all baptisms conducted at the church and can provide you with a record of our registers.

STEP 2: Proceed to the payments page. Selecting 'PayPal' as your payment method allows you to pay using PayPal OR using your credit card. Please select 'Cash' if you would prefer to pay in person at Campbelltown Anglican Churches. We are located at 12 Cordeaux Street Campbelltown. The Church Office is open Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, though we suggest that you call before coming down as this is subject to change on occasion.
