Registering your Historical Enquiry

STEP 1: Please complete the form below with as much information as possible.

STEP 2: Proceed to the payments page. Selecting 'PayPal' as your payment method allows you to pay using PayPal OR with your credit card. Please select 'Cash' if you would prefer to pay in person at Campbelltown Anglican Churches. We are located at 12 Cordeaux Street Campbelltown. The Church Office is open Tuesday to Friday between 9am and 4pm, though we suggest that you call before coming down as this is subject to change on occasion.  

PLEASE NOTE: Our Historical Enquiries are conducted by a small team of volunteer archivists. Their searches are extremely thorough but may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Once a search is complete they will contact you with the information that they have found. Should the information uncovered lead you to further enquiry, a second search may be requested via this form. Any search requested for under new names or historical time periods may incur a new search fee.
